You are in control of your data. MindVoice allows you to delete all your data directly from the app. No email required, no waiting period.

How to Delete Your Data

Option 1: Delete All Data from the App (Recommended)

  1. Open MindVoice
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap Delete All Data
  4. Confirm the deletion

This immediately deletes all voice entries, transcriptions, daily summaries, and associated data from your device and our servers.

Option 2: Delete Individual Entries

  1. Open MindVoice
  2. Go to Entries
  3. Swipe left on any entry and tap Delete
  4. Confirm the deletion

Option 3: Contact Us

If you are unable to delete your data through the app, or if you want to ensure all server-side data is removed, contact us at support@getmindvoice.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We will process your request within 30 days.

What Data Is Deleted

What We Never Store

After Uninstalling

Uninstalling MindVoice deletes all local data (recordings, transcriptions, summaries) from your device. If you used cloud sync (Android with Google Sign-In, or iOS with iCloud), synced data may persist in your cloud account until you delete it. Server-side data (device identifier, trial status) expires automatically within 365 days, or you can request immediate deletion by contacting us.
